Crack the Whip is a target heal, so it will only heal your target. Quit Whining and Fight is a group heal, so it will heal anyone in your group within a certain radius. Crack the Whip, Quit Whining and Fight, and Snap Out of It. Heal use: Until rank 9, a War-Leader has three healing skills. Same goes for the bubble, call it out in voice chat or chat just before you use it (I usually call it out 5-6 seconds before I use it if I have time).
Be sure not to use it when only one or two people are dead, unless told to by the leader. Basically my stance on revive use is this: when the raid/group leader calls for a "rez" is when it's time to use it. Revive use: A War-Leader's revive is one of those things that really makes the class needed.
The reason being if another War-leader uses it on the same person just as you do, it wastes two bubbles. Something very important is to call out in voice chat, or in chat, that you're using the bubble. If a healer is going down fast, then I say use it on them. However, sometimes the raid leader will get focused and need a bubble so they can continue to lead the fight. Bubble use: Normally I try to save my bubbles for healers and other War-leaders. When you're in a raid or group, you need to be quick with your heals, bubbles, revives, and banners. And Enhanced On Your Feet increases your revive morale from 25% to 60% and reduces the cool down by 60 seconds. Enhanced Field Promotion increases your bubbles duration from 8 seconds to 15 seconds. Now, whenever you reach a rank high enough to buy the trait Enhanced Field Promotion, and Enhanced On Your Feet it is very important that you buy these and slot them. Buying audacity rank 1-13 is fairly cheap (You need commendations, which you get from kills and quests.) So as you slowly work your way up in rank, keep working at getting as much audacity as possible. Being a healing class, you're going to get focused A LOT. When you make a new War-Leader, there's a few things you're going to need. Also War-Leaders are a target priority, due to Field Promotion (damage reduction bubble) and On Your Feet (revive.) So, to a just-starting War-Leader, I highly recommend stacking morale and mitigations because if there's one thing no freep can resist, it's a low rank. War-Leader is more often than not, a group/raid based class.
